Credit questions
When are my credits charged?
Only on successful execution of a generation — not for writing the description or reviewing the video plan.
What if generation fails?
Failed jobs show their state inside the card with a retry button — see the stated refund policy when billing activates.
Do chat models differ between plans?
Yes — that is the approved direction: the paid plan will unlock stronger chat models alongside media capabilities, but final names and limits are not decided yet.
Is there a monthly subscription?
Not today. Free for the basics, credits for bigger capabilities — and any future subscription will be announced clearly.
